With the mobile customer zone, you have your costs under control. You can instantly see the consumption of your included allowances, the current cost status, as well as invoices and call detail records from the past months.

Within the customer zone, you will also find information about your contract and can make service settings. Your customer password ensures the protection of sensitive data; for example, you can view and manage all your phone numbers on your contract account. Moreover, by activating additional packages, you can further optimize your tariff. Use the Three Guardian Angels to easily obtain extra allowances at any time.

The app is compatible with smartphones and tablets. The customer zone is also accessible via the browser at www.drei.at/kundenzone.

If you are connected to Three's network, you will be recognized as a customer and access your customer zone without logging in. However, we recommend registering under 'My Profile.' The advantage is that you will have access to the customer zone globally on any device with internet access - crucial for immediately blocking a number in case of theft.
