With the mobile customer zone, you have your costs under control. You can instantly see the consumption of your included allowances, the current cost status, as well as invoices and call detail records from the past months.
Within the customer zone, you will also find information about your contract and can make service settings. Your customer password ensures the protection of sensitive data; for example, you can view and manage all your phone numbers on your contract account. Moreover, by activating additional packages, you can further optimize your tariff. Use the Three Guardian Angels to easily obtain extra allowances at any time.
The detailed functions include:

<li>Checking remaining free units (minutes, SMS, data volume) in the current billing period</li>
<li>Accessing recent invoices and call detail records</li>
<li>Payment of outstanding invoices</li>
<li>Online top-up of prepaid credit</li>
<li>Management of all subscriber numbers of the account holder</li>
<li>Contract information for all numbers on the contract account</li>
<li>Blocking a number in case of theft/loss</li>
<li>Setting call forwarding</li>
<li>Accessing tariff details and legal texts</li>
<li>Making tariff changes</li>
<li>Checking PIN and PUK</li>
<li>Activating contract transfer</li>
<li>Requesting a new device or Loyalty bonus credit</li>
<li>Blocking/unblocking premium rate numbers</li>
<li>Setting up parental controls</li>
<li>Configuring roaming settings</li>
<li>Purchasing additional packages and extra allowances</li>
<li>Information on activated additional packages</li>
<li>Changing billing address/contract address</li>
<li>Changing invoice email address, contact email address</li>
<li>Requesting a preferred number</li>
<li>Activating eSIM</li>
<li>Managing Three Box services</li>
<li>Customizing login for personal needs</li>

The app is compatible with smartphones and tablets. The customer zone is also accessible via the browser at www.drei.at/kundenzone.
If you are connected to Three's network, you will be recognized as a customer and access your customer zone without logging in. However, we recommend registering under 'My Profile.' The advantage is that you will have access to the customer zone globally on any device with internet access - crucial for immediately blocking a number in case of theft.
